Job Title: Quick Lube Technician

Cornhusker Auto Center is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quick Lube Technician to join our team. As a Quick Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance services on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. You will work closely with our Service Manager and Service Advisors to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance services on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to inspect vehicles for potential issues
• Keep detailed records of all work performed, including parts used and labor hours
• Communicate with Service Advisors and customers to explain services needed and provide estimated costs
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive technology and advancements in the industry

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Quick Lube Technician is preferred
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
