Qualifications :

  • Posses the natural ability to understand systems of a vehicle
  • Demonstrates preventative maintenance services and repairs on customer vehicles
  • Uses proper repair techniques using equipment and tools
  • Learns & understands the complete service repair order (RO) process
  • Understands how to follow all safety protocols in a diesel shop setting
  • Desire to learn or continue learning repairing systems in a vehicle
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
  • Must be able to pass a background check, drug test and physical
  • Must be able to frequently lift 10 to 110lbs.
  • A degree / certificate in Automotive, Diesel Technology or Diesel Ag from an accredited vocational school is required
