We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Corning Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility in Corning, NY.
About the Role
As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your duties will include:
- Observing residents and reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
- Taking care of a resident's personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving, etc.
- Setting up meal trays and documenting food/fluid intake
- Feeding residents and serving nutritional supplements
- Making beds and keeping the residents' space clean and tidy
- Transporting residents within the facility
- Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
- Maintaining confidentiality of all resident and facility data
Requirements
- Must be able to work as a team member
- Successful completion of a CNA program
- Current NY State Certification
- In good standing with State Registry

We Offer
- A competitive sign-on bonus of $1,000
- Pay rates ranging from $16.50 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience
- An additional $0.75 per hour shift differential
