Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular observations of Residents and report any concerns to the supervising nurse.
- Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, shaving, and maintaining hygiene.
- Prepare and serve meals, document food intake, and assist with feeding Residents.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for Residents, including making beds and transporting them within the Facility.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans.
