Responsibilities:
- Collecting required information from new residents for admission
- Recording health details of residents, including vitals and temperature
- Administering medications and injections as needed
- Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when necessary
- Assisting residents with personal hygiene and dressing
- Monitoring food and liquid intake and output
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license (any state)
- In good standing with the State Registry
- Ability to work as a team member
