It delivers the training, tools and opportunities needed to create innovative solutions for the function & the corporation. Scope of Position
Responsible for operationalizing procurement strategies to manage plant-level sourcing of quality products, equipment and services. Responsible for assured supply of materials, minimizing inventories, optimum material utilization, and supplier performance while continuously identifying and implementing opportunities to lower total cost of ownership and mitigate risk (e.g. on-time, best price, high quality).
Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
The range for this position is $131,938.00 - $181,415.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Deploys sourcing strategies in the plant to enable purchasing product or services, aligned with organizational objectives and sourcing strategies.
- Champions and ensures compliance with the Global Buying Policy (GBP) along with utilization of standard procurement processes and tools.
- Manages suppliers and interfaces with appropriate departments to ensure delivery of quality materials, equipment, and services while ensuring assurance of supply and best cost position scenarios.
- Contributes on process improvements, cost reduction, and supply chain optimization projects.
- Key player for negotiations with suppliers including contract administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or technical field.
- 7 years’ experience in a procurement or supply chain function
- Experience in leadership or supervisory roles
- Demonstrated decision making, influencing, negotiation, and conflict management/problem solving skills and ability to drive results through others (inside the function and outside the function)
- Contracting (negotiation, writing, and management)
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail
- Global Business knowledge and cross-cultural agility
- Commodity/Supply Chain expertise
- Price/Cost or Should Cost analysis
- Experience across multiple businesses, division and/or technologies
- Experience with global manufacturing and business through work or project experience
- Institute for Supply Management (ISM) or APICs certifications
- CPSM, C.P.M., A.P.P., CPIM, CSCP, etc.
- Familiar with S4 HANA RTP and strong understanding on other modules such as PTP, RTR & OTC.
- Proficiency in analyzing business data using PBI, DAX, Tableau, or other prevailing tools.
