Key Responsibilities
The range for this position is $50,017.00 - $81,277.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.

Manage inventory and materials in the Receiving department of a solar manufacturing facility. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with inventory control procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming materials against orders and packing slips.
- Organize and label materials in designated storage locations.
- Liaise with warehouses to ensure inventory management.
- Conduct cycle counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Prepare materials for production based on schedules and work orders.
- Issue materials to production and update inventory records.
- Handle materials to prevent damage and ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Fulfill internal material requisitions and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock.
- Monitor inventory levels and generate reorder requests.
- Enter data into inventory systems and generate reports.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Receiving area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and report any hazards or equipment issues.
- Standard: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
- Occasional support for 24/7 plant structure.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2 years in Receiving operations, inventory control, or warehouse management.
- Experience in Receiving operations, preferably in manufacturing.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP S4 Hana) and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment is a plus.
- Strong communication across organizational levels.
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- High commitment level and good presentation skills.
