The Development Associate role will lead and support projects and provide technical leadership for a development of next generation lithography products in the Advanced Optics business. This is a critical role that focuses on development and launch of new products for EUV applications and assist in building product and process development capability. This role is a combination of process development, project management, technical leadership and technology transfer to Engineering and Manufacturing while leveraging a cross-functional team. The individual should also be able to provide technical support to other functions such as Research, Engineering and Manufacturing organizations through transferring processes and knowledge as needed. The person is expected to have broad technical skills and experience as well as strong interpersonal skills to work with interdisciplinary teams of diverse backgrounds. In addition, the individual is expected to have excellent presentation and communication skills.
The range for this position is $105,847.00 - $145,540.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
