Looking for a dynamic, talented Front Desk Receptionist to work at our fun, fast-paced medical office in Corning, CA.
Position Availability: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm
Pay: $18-22/hour DOE
Benefits: PTO, Health Insurance, weekly bonus structure, employer matching retirement plan
Start Date: ASAP
Duties include:
- Reception/front desk duties
- Patient scheduling
- Verifying insurance/co-pays
- General data entry/filing
- Scanning of patient charts
- Organizing
- Medical billing support
- Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel, along with having the ability to adapt to other computer software programs.
Qualities Desired:
- Experience as a Receptionist
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong computer skills/EMR experience
- Friendly/Personable
- Reliable
- Proficient at multi-tasking
- Detail oriented
- Spanish-speaking strongly preferred but not required
