Position Purpose
Our Operational Technology (OT) Cyber Security team is seeking a dynamic, technologically proficient individual for the role of OT Cyber Security Senior Staff Engineer. The ideal candidate will uphold positive workplace culture and safety and demonstrate a deep understanding of OT cyber security. This role leads global deployments of technology platforms designed to minimize cyber-attack risks, setting technical directions for the program. The OT Cyber Security Senior Staff Engineer contributes to the identification and selection of technology platforms that align with Corning’s OT cyber strategic objectives, considering the impact of competitive technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience within manufacturing environments
- Proven experience in conflict resolution and collaboration within and across different job functions and disciplines
- Deep technical understanding of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Information Technology (IT) applications
- Experience in large scale OT cybersecurity system deployment in manufacturing plants
- Experience with the implementation and / or support of firewalls in manufacturing plants and OT asset inventory platforms
- Understanding and appreciation of plant safety and IAP requirements
- Must be available for significant travel, primarily domestic, to multiple locations to support business needs

The range for this position is $116,625.00 - $160,360.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
