The Cornish School District is seeking an exceptional instructional and educational leader for Cornish Elementary School to start on July 1, 2025. Our school accommodates grades PreK-8 with an enrollment of about 140 students located in the beautiful Cornish community in the Upper Valley. The successful candidate will possess effective communicative skills and have strong knowledge in the following areas: educational leadership, curriculum and instruction, positive behavior systems, supervision and staff evaluation, promoting a team environment, and the ability to form strong relationships with parents, staff and community members. Qualified candidates for the position of Principal must have a Master’s degree, valid State of New Hampshire Principal Certification or eligibility, and a minimum of 3 years administrative experience at the elementary and/or middle level.
