- π Lead the Charge: Manage the smooth operation of all departments (Admissions, Attraction, Food & Beverage, Retail) to keep things running like a well-oiled machine!
- π Team Leader: Delegate daily assignments to the front-line staff, and inspire them to give their best performance every day!
- π― Customer Service Champion: Be the leader in providing world-class service and ensuring every guest has a magical experience! β¨
- π‘οΈ Health & Safety: Make sure our team follows health and safety policies and keep things safe and secure!
- πΆ Guest Flow Guru: Manage queues and guest flow to keep things running smoothly and safely during peak times.
- π Training & Development: Lead the training of new hosts, ensuring they are prepared and empowered to deliver outstanding service and safety. π
- π½οΈ Support the Team: When you're not managing, jump in to help your department with training, inventory, scheduling, and ensuring employee engagement stays high!
- Inspire the team to be guest-obsessed and provide exceptional service! π

π Skills & Experience
- High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
- A passion for customer service and experience in working with guests. β€οΈ
- Ability to train others and provide leadership with a fun, outgoing approach! π
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment! β±οΈ
- Ability to entertain families and kids β making every interaction special! π
- Flexible schedule required, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. π
