What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supported Living Staff @ Rio Rancho position at Cornucopia Adult & Family Services?
Job Description
Come join our team working in a Supported Living House (24/7 operation). Provide personal care, meal preparation and feeding, housekeeping, assisting with medication, transporting, daily documentation, and assisting with goals and outcomes for each participant.
Location: Rio Rancho
SHIFTS:
Swing shift 3 pm to 11 pm and CCSI work from 8 am to 3 pm
*Must be able to attend mandatory state and therapy trainings (various days and times)
EXPERIENCE:
*Required experience with DD Waiver and/or training requirements.
*Prefer one (1) year of experience working with adults & elderly with disabilities assisting with daily living activities within adult day hab and/or residential facility; however, will train.
EDUCATION: Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
*Must be at least 21 years old.
*Must have a valid New Mexico Driver’s license.
*Must be able to transport participants in your personal vehicle if necessary.
*Must have valid auto insurance and registration.
*Must be able to operate personal and/or company's vehicles used for transportation of program participants.
*Must pass background/fingerprint investigation and driving record.
*Must adhere to a drug-free workplace.
*No DUI/DWI in the past seven (7) years.
*Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
