We operate a 100% non-GMO and almost entirely Organic kitchen that focuses on providing allergen-friendly meal options. Our kitchen staff prepares restaurant-quality dishes daily from fresh ingredients of the highest standard. The team is a positive and supportive group who are excited and satisfied by a fast-paced work environment that creates a unique variety of food that changes seasonally with a permanent set of staples.
The Cook position is an excellent opportunity for a moderately experienced (or more!) individual to hone their craft, connect with great co-workers, and find substantial compensation packages, as well. Responsibilities
- Prep fresh fruits, vegetables, animal products, and dry goods to be cooked at a later time
- Assemble and cook prepared ingredients to create finished dishes
- Maintain a clean & organized workspace
- Stock and maintain ingredients in shared frozen, refrigerated, and dry pantry spaces
- Work quickly to keep up with the pace of the team
- Adhere to proper health codes and standards
