Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet all clients with a positive and welcoming attitude
  • Manage incoming phone calls, take detailed messages, and address basic client inquiries
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our services to effectively assist clients and patients
  • Provide exceptional customer service while upholding the highest standards of emergent patient care
  • Accurately document all essential information in the client and patient records
  • Exhibit familiarity with infectious diseases, prevention strategies, and measures to minimize transmission
  • Handle various cash transactions, including deposits and invoicing
  • Maintain excellent communication skills when interacting with colleagues and clients
  • This position requires availability during nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in delivering outstanding customer service within the veterinary field
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Display exceptional customer service skills
  • Demonstrate eagerness to learn from experienced Veterinary Technicians and Doctors
  • Exhibit motivation, dependability, and reliability
  • Proactively take initiative in tasks and responsibilities
  • Comfortably navigate a fast-paced work setting
  • Experience with emergency veterinary care is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with Ezyvet and Smartflow is a plus, though not a requirement

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
