Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients to explain how Coronis Health's products and services meet their needs, leveraging comprehensive knowledge and research.
- Generate leads through the McKesson partnership, nurturing warm prospects to uncover new sales opportunities.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives to drive conversions.
- Use HubSpot CRM, cold calls, and email campaigns to generate new sales opportunities and implement best-in-class technology solutions.
- Identify the needs of McKesson customers and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with McKesson team members and their customers to qualify leads.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and arrange meetings or calls between McKesson team members, prospective customers, and sales executives.
- Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to ensure alignment with sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to build trust quickly and manage relationships effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated desire and capability to advance within the sales organization.
- Willingness to travel for events and in-market activities.
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer or prospect-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
