Title: RCM Operations Director, PSPS

Full-Time or Part-Time: Full-Time
Salary Range: $85,000 to $125,000

Position Overview:
The RCM Operations Director will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee revenue cycle strategies, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet the current and future needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate people and processes of legacy companies.
- Establish, implement, and communicate the revenue cycle strategy.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.
- Provide accurate and timely billing information and reports to facilitate decision-making processes. Keep leadership informed about the organization's billing/claims collection performance.
- Drive revenue cycle process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- Analyze data and KPIs to ensure AR follow-up and collections are operating at optimum efficiency and identify process enhancement opportunities.
- Ensure the revenue cycle department meets all regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources.
- Establish, communicate, and implement operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent execution.
- Present periodic performance reports and metrics to leadership.
- Identify training needs and ensure proper training is developed and provided to staff.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other industry-related field required; MBA preferred.
- At least 10 years of industry-related experience, including three years in upper management, required.
