Title : Senior Director of Accounting and Practice Management
Location : USA / Remote
Reports to : Executive VP Practice Management

Position Overview :
The Senior Director of Accounting and Practice Management oversees all financial operations and payroll processing for various client groups, with a focus on streamlining and automating operational processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and oversee accounting functions, including financial statements, payroll, accounts payable, and related accounting reports, within various corporate / partnership structures.Identify and resolve accounting and client issues.Provide advice on corporate governance structures and provider agreements.Perform financial feasibility studies and advise on practice expansion opportunities.Offer business advice on facility contracts and business opportunities.Prepare and review financial statements using Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and auditing standards.Develop and implement annual budgets, financial, and cash forecasts for multiple clients.Conduct cash analysis to determine cash distributions for partner / shareholder clients.Prepare annual tax packages for client tax filings managed by client CPA firms.Supervise and oversee Financial Managers.Serve as financial support to practice administrators and senior management.Direct internal audits, including reviewing accounting and administrative controls.Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property and operating expenses, and insurance records.Travel up to 25%.Skills and Competencies :
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex financial issues.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.Ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.Team-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.Education and Experience :
CPA certification is required.MBA preferred.Experience in managing multi-entity financial structures required.Experience in growth-stage companies is a plus.Proven track record of optimizing and implementing new platforms for operational automation.Additional Information :
