Position Overview:
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be the strategic leader for our revenue cycle management (RCM) services within the ambulatory segment. In this role, you will drive high-impact marketing initiatives that support business objectives, enhance market presence, and position Coronis Health as a thought leader in the industry. You will collaborate cross-functionally with key internal teams, including sales, operations, and client management, to translate complex offerings into compelling, market-facing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Serve as the primary marketing leader for the ambulatory segment, driving strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive annual strategy and quarterly marketing plans that align with business goals and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and brand differentiation across all channels and marketing efforts.
- Thought Leadership & Content Strategy
- Create compelling thought leadership content, including articles, webinars, presentations, and industry insights, to strengthen Coronis Health’s authority in the physician and ambulatory markets.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts to shape industry conversations and enhance our competitive positioning.
- Sales Enablement & GTM Strategy
- Develop a suite of high-impact sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, case studies, competitive intelligence tools, and objection-handling frameworks.
- Lead training programs to empower the sales team with compelling messaging and deep product knowledge.
- Work closely with sales leadership to optimize the buyer journey and drive revenue growth through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct in-depth market research, buyer persona development, and competitive landscape analysis to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Develop competitive intelligence tools, such as battle cards and market trend reports, to enable the sales and marketing teams.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Own key performance metrics for the segment, including percentage-to-target, growth trends, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Provide weekly updates and monthly reports to inform stakeholders on marketing effectiveness and strategic opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a key liaison between marketing, sales, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive cohesive go-to-market strategies that enhance brand positioning and market penetration.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within B2B, SaaS, or healthcare sectors.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare industry, especially physician practices. Experience with revenue cycle management is preferred.
- Proven ability to create compelling messaging and marketing content.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
