Position Summary: Supports Facilities Team Leader with activities related to maintaining the cleanliness of the Office, Shipping/Receiving, Break Rooms and Restrooms to ensure needs are met by performing the following duties personally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Clean offices, lobby, break rooms, restrooms, corridors, elevator, stairways, locker rooms and other areas
- Clean rugs, carpets and furniture using vacuum cleaners or shampooers
- Sweep, scrub, wax and/or polish floors using brooms, mops and/or powered scrubbing or cleaning machines
- Empty waste baskets and transport trash and waste to disposal areas
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Clean all porcelain and metal fixtures daily
- Keep storage areas and carts well stocked, clean and tidy
- Replace light bulbs in office areas using a ladder
- Wash windows, walls, base board, doors and ceilings as directed
- Maintain proper inventory levels of supplies and communicate shortages in a timely manner
- Support 6S activities in Team
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
Shift Days and Hours: This shift will run from Sunday at 10PM to Friday at 6AM. If overtime is needed the week will end on Saturday at 6AM instead of Friday at 6AMM. Must be able to work on 1st or 2nd shift if needed for additional help or training.
