Position Summary: Supports Shift Leader with activities engaged in operating Coating Machines and support equipment of industrial plant by performing the following duties personally.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Support minor repairs and adjustments of production equipment during production
- Conduct changeovers of raw material master rolls and mother rolls
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks
- Operate overhead cranes
- Ensure adhesive supply is constant to drum heaters
- Complete all paperwork and labeling for each roll
- Complete accurate quality system documents
- Follow all policies and procedures related to TS16949
- Maintain safe work practices at all times
- Ability to respond quickly to issues that arise during Production
- Maintain Housekeeping and Organization in Coating area
- Demonstrate safe use of sharps
- Support 5S activities in Team
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
