What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Shift Leader position at Coroplast Tape Corporation?
Position Summary : Directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in safely and efficiently operating and optimizing production equipment.
Shift Days and Hours :
- 1st shift - 6AM to 2PM (Monday thru Friday)
- 3rd shift - 10PM to 6AM (Sunday thru Friday)

Qualifications : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.
Education / Experience : Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 2 – 3 years of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates and Licenses :
Travel : Must be willing and able to travel to Germany as needed for collaboration with the global production team, training, and project-related tasks. A valid passport and the ability to travel
Supervisory Responsibilities : Directly supervises two or more employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
