Your role

Support and drive customer success by ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Act as the primary point of contact for DK customers, proactively understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Serve as a product expert, leveraging customer insights to enhance engagement and maximize value. Monitor key success metrics, analyze usage data, and collaborate with product and development teams to continuously improve offerings. Maintain long-term, productive client relationships while demonstrating best practices in customer success. Work in a dynamic environment, adapting to change and fostering a customer-centric approach to drive business objectives.

What you'll be doing

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' success and satisfaction with our product. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships.

About us:

It's actually quite simple. Corpay One was created to fully automate companies' invoice processing. We do that with one of the market's leading receipt scanners, intelligent approval flows, and online banking-free payments. Corpay One was founded in 2016 and was acquired in 2021 by the American company Fleetcor. And while our resources have grown, our dynamic, ambitious, and informal mentality has remained the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary point of contact for DK customers.

  • Become an expert in our Product.

  • Establish and maintain productive, long-term relationships with clients.

  • Driving retention and revenue growth across your portfolio of customers.

  • Understand and anticipate client needs and goals, and proactively provide solutions and guidance.

  • Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

  • Gather client feedback and work closely with our product and development teams to enhance our offerings.

  • Track and report on key customer success metrics.

  • Help create documentation for best practices and be an active part in developing the Customer Success Team. 

Qualifications:

  • You love talking to customers!

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools.

  • Fluent in Danish and English since you will manage customers in both markets.

  • The ability to work independently and be proactive.

  • The ability to work in a dynamic environment with a lot of changes.
