Your role
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Junior Account Executive to join our growing sales team in Copenhagen. As an Account Executive, you will be a vital part of our market expansion efforts, responsible for driving revenue growth through identifying, engaging, and closing deals with potential SMB clients.Your role will involve showcasing the value of Corpay One's accounts payable automation solution and demonstrating how it can address the unique needs of SMBs and can make a major impact in their day to day financial operations.
What you'll be doing
Sales and Business Development:
- Gain in-depth understanding of the SMB market, its pain points, challenges, and AP trends.
- Progress and manage incoming leads from marketing and BDR efforts.
- Proactively identify potential SMB clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Engage prospects via calls, emails, and events to initiate conversations and build relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing for aligned lead generation strategies.
Outbound Sales:
- Research and identify potential SMB clients fitting the Ideal Customer Profile.
- Initiate outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce Corpay One's solution and schedule initial conversations.
- Understand prospects' pain points and tailor outreach messages effectively.
- Present Corpay One's solution through virtual presentations, focusing on SMB pain point-solving.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align with current campaigns.
- Market Insights and Feedback.
- Stay updated on SMB trends, market dynamics, and competition.
- Gather insights from interactions, providing feedback for improvement.
Solution Presentation and Demo:
- Coordinate and set up Presentation / Demo meetings for your sales team members
- Once comfortable, deliver engaging virtual presentations and demos showcasing Corpay One's benefits.
- Tailor demos to address SMBs' accounting challenges.
- Effectively communicate solution alignment with prospects' needs.
Closing Deals:
- Negotiate and discuss terms with prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth product adoption.
- Ensure seamless handover to Customer Success post deal closure.
Market Insights and Feedback:
- Gather market insights via prospect interactions.
- Provide feedback for sales and product improvement.
- Participate in market conferences and events when needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- B2B sales success, ideally in SaaS or fintech.
- Fluency in Danish & English
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Understanding of accounting processes is beneficial.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Strong negotiation skills and goal-driven mindset.
