Your role
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Product Manager to lead the evolution of our product offering at Corpay One. This senior role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for our spend management platform.What you'll be doing
As the Product Manager, you will own the product development pipeline end-to-end — from ideation and roadmap definition to delivery and continuous improvement. You will manage and mentor a Product Owner and work cross-functionally with engineering, commercial, and customer teams to ensure our product suite delivers maximum value to customers and aligns with Corpay One’s strategic goals.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Define and drive the strategic product vision and roadmap in alignment with business priorities and customer needs.
• Build and maintain a transparent and data-informed product development pipeline, with clear priorities and cross-functional alignment.
• Communicate the product roadmap clearly and consistently across the organization, incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the fintech/payments space.
Product Development & Lifecycle Management
• Lead the development, launch, and ongoing refinement of product features and capabilities.
• Serve as the business owner for live products, ensuring high performance, stability, and responsiveness to customer feedback.
• Work with project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Define success metrics and build product dashboards to monitor adoption, performance, and ROI.
Customer & Market Insight
• Conduct ongoing user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform product decisions.
• Stay current on emerging technologies, trends, and user behaviors that may impact the product roadmap.
• Evangelize product thinking and customer-centric design across teams.
People Leadership & Collaboration
• Manage, coach, and develop the product team to ensure executional excellence and growth.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, customer success, and support teams.
• Cultivate a high-performing, agile product culture within the business.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 7 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS.
• Proven success in defining and launching digital products at scale, from conception to release.
• Strong understanding of product development frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships and driving alignment across teams.
• Experience in coaching and developing product talent.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into impactful decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire teams and stakeholders alike.
• Experience delivering products that meet stringent usability, compliance, and performance standards.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Deep domain knowledge in financial services, spend management, or commercial payments.
•Familiarity with Danish and European fintech ecosystems and customer needs.
• Fluency in English; Danish language skills are a plus.
