What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Channel Operations Manager within our Corpay division. This position falls under our NAF line of business and located in Peachtree Corners GA. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of an inbound sales team, the administration of processes, increasing revenue production through greater sales volumes, liaising with the NAF Leadership, Partner contacts and other sales related tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate should have experience managing a team of high performing individuals, ability to effectively administer complex process implementation and effective communication skills for all levels of leadership. You will report directly to Scott Hines and other channel partners within Corpay.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Inspire, lead and supervise a team of Sales Associates to meet and exceed team goals
Assist associates to sell NAF products through Corpays Partner channel to meet or exceed team quota each month
Must be able to accurately forecast sales performance daily/weekly/monthly
Must demonstrate the ability to Mentor and Coach a team of individuals and develop growth plans for improvement
Successfully work with other internal departments to move contracts through the sales->Credit->implementation process
Report daily, weekly and monthly sales results to sales leadership group
Must become proficient in using sales automation tools (Salesforce,com, eCredit, RACF, AS400)
Must exhibit exemplary abilities surrounding reporting, trend/data analysis, Excel and PowerPoint
Qualifications & Skills
Associates degree: Bachelor’s preferred but not required
Must be able to effectively display the ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels, from peer to C-suite.
2 years of proven sales leadership experience is preferred, but not required
Trucking/Transportation industry experience a strong plus
Must exhibit exemplary abilities surrounding organization, communication, reporting, trend/data analysis, Excel and PowerPoint
