What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Crew Accommodations Agent within our TA Connections division. This position falls under our lodging line of business. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient handling of inbound inquiries, to source hotel and transportation needs of our airline clients. The Crew Accommodations Agent will support with a variety of queries in an efficient and timely manner by taking ownership of each task assigned to by the supervisors. You will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Booking hotels and ground transportation for the client
Processing inbound and outbound calls from airline clients and suppliers with a high standard of professionalism.
Processing inbound chats from airline clients with professionalism and urgency.
Processing requests from all clients in a timely manner per the defined service levels.
Obtaining and escalating all relevant information regarding complaints and inquiries
Identifying, researching, and resolving all customer issues
Attending and participating in department and team meetings as defined by the direct supervisor.
Escalating all urgent issues or concerns to the acting leader on duty.
Complying with company and department policies, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
Must be willing to work onsite, in the office
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong PC skills with a typing speed of at least 30 wpm and strong Internet navigation skills
Demonstrate the ability to learn and navigate multiple PC and web based applications
Proven ability to provide excellent customer service
Ability to work in an environment with client driven volumes and activities
Ability to work in a high volume, high pressure, deadline-oriented environment
Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
Excellent telephone voice in terms of tone, clarity, pronunciation, and proper use of grammar
Strong listening, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
1 to 2 years of crew scheduling, hotel, and/or customer service experience is preferred
