What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Customer Service - Account Management within our Stored Value Solutions (SVS) division. This position falls under our Client Services line of business. In this role, you will be the primary client services contact responsible for supporting client retention, client satisfaction and sustaining client revenue growth of their assigned accounts.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Development and execution of a client service delivery strategy for assigned clients around needs, contract specifications and cost components.
Promote up-sell and cross-sell opportunities; acts as lead generator for Account Executive.
Responsible for understanding and managing contract expiration dates and presenting SVS solutions in advance to retain relationships.
Monitor and manage the terms and conditions of a client contract.
Conduct regularly scheduled calls, presentations and/or on-site client visits to review business performance including training and education.
Proactively communicate service status and act as an escalation point for service issues.
Coordinate card production, implementation and reporting activities.
Document client interactions, issues and actions per departmental guidelines.
Ensure a collaborative and partnered relationship with all internal and external stakeholders.
Initiate and sustain extensive communication, coordination and business acumen across SVS business channels to partner with appropriate departments in the leadership of strategic account initiatives or resolution of client issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SVS’ current product offerings, processes and strong awareness of industry developments/trends.
Responsible for positively and assertively influencing other SVS groups to rally support for client issues.
Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
Moderate travel as required; position may be required to work outside of normal business hours
Qualifications & Skills
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; 3 years Account Management experience or outside related client-facing experience. Sales experience also preferred.
Demonstrated outstanding interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to drive solutions by working collaboratively with internal and external partners.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
Solid analytical skills with a strong attention to detail; project management skills and experience highly preferred.
Able to handle difficult situations and communicate sensitive information to clients in a positive, constructive way.
