What We Need
Corpay is looking to hire a Hotel Core Network Manager within our CLC (Corpay Lodging) division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will be responsible for managing activities within the Core Network Team. This includes the assignment of appropriate resources to ensure 100% completion of assigned tasks in the group. The Hotel Network Team designs, implements, and manages the generic hotel lodging program for our diverse group of clients. The Core Network Manager should possess a strong understanding of company and management values, and ensure company standards and policies are met. The Hotel Core Network Manager should work ethically, truthfully, honestly, and respectfully with all co-workers. The Hotel Core Network Manager should set a leadership example by providing excellent customer service internally and externally, handling escalated client and/or hotel inquiries, and being dedicated to providing clients with dynamic communication and service. You will report directly to the Hotel Network VP and regularly collaborate with other teams and departments.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Scheduling, allocating workloads, training, counseling, establishing goals and benchmarks, monitoring progress versus established goals
Building rapport with hotel contacts throughout management and franchise companies
Acting as a Hotel Chain Liaison regarding hotel sourcing and contracting
Internal reporting, client reporting, and ensuring pre-determined deadlines are met
Providing input on each team member’s progress for performance evaluations
Keeping management informed and involved in planned strategies
Responding to customer lodging inquiries and needs (research, propose moves, communicate offers pending, etc.)
Looking for opportunities to generate savings for CFG group clients
Responsible for getting contracts back signed and updated in Talon
Negotiating rates, tax exemptions, and contract terms with hotels
Establishing strategies for error-free customer accounting and detail
Working effectively with the team and creating a “friendly” working environment
Ensuring staff is trained on CLC Policy and Procedures
Working with a positive attitude and enthusiasm
Showing a strong desire to work towards completed goals
Ensuring duties are covered in scheduled and unscheduled absences
Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum two to three years of team lead, supervisory, and/or management experience in a business environment preferred
Experience as a trainer preferred
Travel and hospitality backgrounds preferred
Superior verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills
A strong background in sales, purchasing, operations, and/or customer service
College degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong self-motivation, proactive, and a self-starter
Must have Microsoft Word and Excel skills (Google Docs/Sheets skills a plus)
Strong ability to multi-task
The need to be focused, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Ability to work well in a team environment
Performance Standards
Achieve Hotel Network coverage and savings goals, monthly and annually
Complete project assignments as designated by the senior management team
Adhere to all Corpay Lodging Procedures and Processes
Ensure Hotel Network is meeting the client’s needs and handling all issues on time
Adhere to the schedule and Corpay Lodging attendance policy
Manage time on and off the phone to provide real-time availability
