What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Hotel Night Audit Coordinator within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will independently handle Hotel Department functions. You will report directly to the Hotel Operations Manager.
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Answering incoming calls or assisting with calls from CSS and handling as necessary
Taking and entering all information for any new claims that come in overnight
Contacting insureds’ family and confirming information to book a hotel
Searching for hotel using MyALE that meets the family’s needs and securing it
Updating ACT with details of hotel reservations
Faxing Rate Agreement to hotel and initiating E-sign to collect the THA
Calling Hotel to confirm necessary paperwork was received for check-in
Updating ACT with all necessary notes regarding conversations with hotel’s and families; updating all tabs to reflect current status of the insured family’s file
Setting up E-File Cabinet for insured
Calling hotels and confirming check-ins nightly, check outs and room changes as needed
Setting tasks for yourself in regard to check outs, paperwork, extensions, and folios
Calling on any family extensions daily on assigned files
Reviewing E-fax cabinet paperwork and distributing to appropriate coordinator
Assisting with incoming adjuster housing requests
Monitoring and responding to incoming texts
Monitoring, updating, and completing tasks in Task Manager
Updating Task manager schedule, moving future follow up tasks and assigning them
Monitor general and HSS voicemails.
Performing other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
2 years of job related experience preferred
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook.
ACT program experience a plus.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills, be very organized, have strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi task, and be a team player.
Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position.
Exhibits strong business acumen and sound judgement.
Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships among team members in the course of work.
Ability to assist coworkers with tasks
