What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Manager of Foreign Exchange Middle/Back Office Operations within our Cross-Border Division. This position falls under our Payments line of business and is located in New York City. In this role, you will oversee the processing, settlements, and investigations related to emerging markets' currency activity. You will report directly to Ricardo Faillace/Managing Director and regularly collaborate with the FXEM Trading/Sales Desk as well as all of your counterparts in other support areas within the firm (Toronto/UK Operations, Reconciliations, Audit, etc.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Management of Investigations Team
Determining (in conjunction with the Head of FXEM) adequate staffing and coverage of Investigations staff and hiring as necessary
Assigning Investigations Staff responsibilities, write job descriptions
Training and mentoring new hires and aiding ongoing professional growth of Investigations Staff
Providing annual (or as needed) performance evaluations against job description and peers
Management of Middle Office Operations
Responsible as Primary Contact with Corpay Operations Head in Toronto Determined (in conjunction with the Head of FXEM) adequate staffing and Coverage of FXEM operations Staff and hires as necessary
Assisting Operations Staff responsibilities, writing job descriptions
Training and mentoring new hires and aid on-going professional growth of Operations Staff Training and mentoring new hires and aid on-going professional growth of Operations Staff
Providing annual (or as needed) performance evaluations against job description and peers
Office Responsibilities
Point person with Oversight Responsibility for assuring the provision of office supplies (paper, printers, computers) and services (electric, kitchen, cleaning) is available and fully functional for all FXEM-NY staff.
Oversight Responsibility’ means that individuals may delegate specific tasks to others or where required, hire FLT-approved contractors to provide required services.
Qualifications & Skills
2-3 years of experience in managing middle/back office operations
Team player with a strong customer service focus.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills and comfort in dealing with individuals across all levels of the organization.
Highly organized and able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Experience with SWIFT banking system, payment processing, and payment investigations.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision.
This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range varies depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. An estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $80,600 – $102,000.
