What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Order Fulfilment (Supply Chain and Operations) Support Manager within our Stored Value Solutions (SVS) division based in Louisville, Kentucky. In the role, the Order Fulfilment Support Manager will be is responsible for providing card services activities, data ordering, delivery, reconciliation, and associated receivables/payables; assist in process to ensure business transactions with vendors are executed in a timely and accurate manner. Supports the management of data control processes internally and externally.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Creating, processing, and closing orders within the company’s tracking system.
Ordering and delivery of data
Validating inputs and system parameters within company’s fulfilment platforms and systems; and customer, account management and sales support.
Proactive awareness of new enhancements to the system which will affect existing or future implementations
Innovative thinker who can process improvements to address quality, cost reduction, cycle time and/or productivity.
Interface with clients, define and manage improvements to the process or services provided; and manage projects.
Supporting supplier capability assessments
Supporting the supplier management process
Providing for supplier certification and implementation.
Validating the application of operational controls
Documentation of processes
Relying on instruction to plan and accomplish goals.
Working under general supervision.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
Three to four years of experience in accounting, purchasing, printing end to end processes, and / or order fulfilment
Competency in system and information flows
Process documentation
Supplier management
Print management
Quality control
Personalization or data management
Transaction processing
Exceptional problem-solving ability
Superior customer service skills with high level of responsiveness
The ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment
Must be a self-motivated team player that is able to work individually and with others to complete job duties
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
