The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
- Collaborate with Product Manager on defining the product vision for the teams annually, quarterly and for each sprint and maintaining a cohesive vision throughout the process
- Creating a product road map based on this vision
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing the tasks based on changing requirements
- Overseeing all stages of product creation, including design and development
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
- Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states
- Working with the product team and end-users to deliver updates and status reports
- Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints
- Produce product reports and monitor KPIs
- Provide product support to internal and external customers
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- Agile Certification preferred
- Experience managing product development in a technology environment such applications development, change management, and customer support
- Demonstrated ability to focuses on quantifiable outcomes
- Deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices
- Expert performance tracking, monitoring delivery milestones, analyzing complex problems
- Ability to influence change without formal authority
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Jira
- Experience fostering strong relationships across organizational boundaries, as well as excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and thoroughly in rapidly changing conditions
