Relationship Manager III

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Relationship Manager lII within our Corpay division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of a book of assigned accounts based in regional states, focused on Corpay and our Corpay corporate payment products. The Relationship Manager is accountable for the maintenance, growth and increased profitability of existing business, the cross selling of new business, renewals and the strategic direction of assigned accounts. You will report directly to Vice President of Sales and regularly collaborate with Corpay field sales team.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Strategically Consultative Advisor: retain portfolio base at 100% and secure cross sell of Corpay product and service
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with all levels and key personnel within the client’s companies; ensure Corpay has senior management contacts
  • Demonstrating marketing and technical expertise through: Client assessment of approach, resources, and contacts as needed to complete RFP's and ensure clients are satisfied with Corpay products and services
  • Coordinating and influencing superior customer service delivery by developing and maintaining strong intercompany relationships.
  • Liaising with internal departments using superior communication skills to ensure the assigned client’s needs are satisfied by raising and resolving areas of concern and ensuring all are aware of changes within clients.
  • Developing and monitor client financial performance including renewal planning, negotiation and profitability levels
  • leading quarterly business reviews, best practices, industry information and new business at client site visits
  • Providing feedback to management on market trends as represented by our clients
  • Maintaining a high level of FinTech and payment processing knowledge as well as client’s industry
  • Growing existing programs by understanding existing procedures and uncover where efficiencies can be made
  • Creating and maintaining a collaborative team of internal & external stakeholders to drive customer spend (Account Management, Sales, Finance, Accounts Payable, implementation, project management and IT teams)

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3-5 years of in FinTech or payment processing.
  • Experience dealing with clients directly.
  • Confident, self-motivated individual with 1 client management or sales experience handling complex clients maintaining positive relationships
  • Strategic thinker and ability to understand various client’s businesses, technology and financials
  • Strong data analytics experience with data analysis; ability to diagnose, strategize growth of existing portfolio
  • An excellent communicator with good presentation skills with proven track record of establishing & maintaining relationships at C level
  • A team player with superior organization and multi-tasking skills that can define, structure and prioritize work and influence internal stakeholders and most of all, the desire to learn and succeed.
  • Enjoys a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and processes strong negotiation skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com

This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range varies depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. An estimate of the minimum and maximum OTE for this role, including commission is $105,000.00 - $110,000.00 (Commission is uncapped).
