What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner within our Human Resources division. This position falls under our Corporate Overhead – HR Shared business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will work closely with the business leadership team to develop and execute methods of attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring top sales talent for the organization. You will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and regularly collaborate with the Stakeholders, hiring managers, and HR departments

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Participating in the strategic planning process of the professional department, matching recruiting strategy with business needs
Leveraging relevant channels and tools to attract qualified candidates to open professional roles
Exploring creative methods to build our employer brand, such as special interest groups, job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking events
Possessing strong organizational knowledge and articulating Corpay employee and client value propositions in a compelling manner
Interviewing applicants to validate their work experience, education, skills, competencies, and salary requirements
Succinctly summarizing candidate information from phone screens and recommending qualified candidates to hiring managers
Scheduling and coordinating interview activity, providing timely feedback to both candidates and internal stakeholders
Participating in strategic projects such as vendor selection and management, workforce planning, and profile alignment
Keeping abreast of state, federal, and company procedures/policies as they pertain to employment practices
Providing frequent, data-driven updates to sales and HR leadership to report on recruiting progress
Educating and training managers on hiring best practices
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree required.
7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a similar fast-paced, high-volume professional environment; 5 years corporate recruiting/ 2 years professional setting preferred.
Proven ability to strategize, prioritize, and develop creative new methods to attract talent to fuel candidate pipelines.
Experience recruiting at various job levels, from entry-level to senior leadership.
Prior experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS).
Experience with multiple and diverse candidate sourcing channels such as campus recruiting, job boards, business/diversity groups, social media, and LinkedIn.
Solid interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
Strong time management skills, sense of urgency, and ability to multitask.
PHR and/or SHRM certifications preferred.
Knowledge of behavioral, situational, and/or competency-based interviewing techniques.
Proven experience with finding quality talent for professional roles.
This role will encompass working with all segments of Corpay (shared services); experience recruiting accounting/finance roles preferred.
