What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Technical Lead within our Lodging division. The Technical Lead will oversee a diverse cross-functional software engineering team ensuring that delivered projects are of high quality and delivered on time using agile methodology. This role involves software engineering, providing technical guidance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

As a Technical Lead, you will be expected to report out of our Wichita, KS office location. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Serving as the first point of contact for any team members' technical/project related questions and issues.
Participating in Scrum ceremonies to review team progress and guides solutioning.
Developing and implementing strategies to help the team reach project goals.
Collaborating with key stakeholders to improve current processes, continuously identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Providing comprehensive technical guidance throughout the entire software development life.
Developing and supporting applications using .Net, MuleSoft, Oracle PL/SQL, MySQL, and ColdFusion technologies, with expertise in at least one.
Participating in an on-call rotation.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
5 years of experience working in IT Development
2 years of experience working as a Technical Team Lead or in a similar role
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to motivate and mentor team members
Technical expertise relevant to the team's work
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools
Experience with Gitlab or similar platforms
