Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers focused on AP Automation, Commercial Card, and Channel Partners.
- Set clear personal and professional development objectives for team members.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to provide coaching, track progress, and remove obstacles.
- Own and drive the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the AP Automation, Commercial Card, and Channel Partners product lines.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year product vision aligned with Corpay’s corporate goals and market opportunities.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer feedback, market trends, and business impact.
- Lead roadmap planning sessions, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams and resource availability.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Sales to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions on schedule.
- Create scalable, cross-functional processes to drive consistent product development.
- Maintain transparency by providing stakeholders with regular progress updates and communicating key decisions.
- Ensure that product development efforts align with the cohesive vision of Corpay’s broader solution offerings.
- Engage directly with customers and industry stakeholders to understand market needs, gather product feedback, and identify growth opportunities.
- Represent Corpay at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences to promote product offerings and gather competitive intelligence.
- Evangelize Corpay’s solutions as the smarter way to manage Accounts Payable and related financial processes.
- Identify market trends, competitive threats, and technology advancements to inform product planning.
- Develop innovative solutions that solve customer pain points and create differentiation in the market.
- Evaluate and recommend potential acquisition opportunities to complement and expand Corpay’s product suite.
- Make data-driven decisions to maximize return on investment and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of senior product management experience leading teams of 3 or more in a B2B environment.
- Proven success in developing and executing product strategies for SaaS solutions
- Strong preference for FinTech or Financial Services experience.
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building relationships across all organizational levels.
- Experience in strategic planning, prioritization, and resource management.
- In-depth understanding of payment processes, commercial cards, and channel partnerships within mid-market and enterprise environments.
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities with the ability to work in ambiguous environments.
- Strong analytical ability to evaluate product performance, determine return on investment, and make informed trade-off decisions.
- Extensive experience with Agile development methodologies, preferably Scrum.
