Position Title: Development and Talent Acquisition Specialist

Hiring Salary Range: $58,328.70 -$65,000.00
Full Salary Range: $58,328.70 – $87,493.04
Primary Responsibilities:
The Development and Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing both the recruitment and employee development processes. This role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent while also driving initiatives to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Development:
· Design and implement an onboarding program to support employee learning and career development.
· Collaborate with VP Sales to become certified with Integrity for coaching and sales training.
· Support employees with career development plans, growth opportunities, and mentoring and leadership programs.
· Facilitate employees Annual Required Training (ART) and CRAFT courses.
· Design and maintain internal training courses.
· Intranet and Procedure updates.
2. Talent Acquisition:
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and organizational needs.
· Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent across multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, and industry events).
· Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, selecting and onboarding candidates.
· Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers.
· Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact to job offer.
· Maintain and update candidate pipelines, ensuring the talent pool is aligned with current and future needs.
· Stay up-to-date on best practices in recruitment, leveraging new tools and technologies for sourcing talent.
3. General Responsibilities:
· Build strong relationships with department managers to understand workforce needs and company culture.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and organizational policies throughout the recruitment and development processes.
· Develop and maintain an inclusive and diverse workplace by integrating hiring strategies and initiatives into both recruitment and training efforts.
· Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment and development metrics to improve processes and demonstrate ROI.
· All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition and employee development, preferably in financial services or a similar industry. Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and technologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
