Our Member Service Representatives are the first point of contact for our members. In our Mt. Carmel, IL Branch, you serve a critical role in our member experience and act as the voice of CAFCU. You'll assist with member questions about accounts, loans, online banking, processing transactions and more. You'll provide excellent service to ensure each and every member is extremely satisfied with their interaction. Successful candidates have a genuine interest in helping people and finding solutions to their needs. This position if a 10 hour work day (7:30-5:30) M, T, TH, F and the branch is closed every Wednesday.

Qualifications:

Required:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year cash-handling or experience as a teller/MSR in a credit union or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work at a desk for extended periods of time, reasonable accommodations will be made
- Excellent math skills

Pay: $34,000.00 - $42,500.00 per year
