Corporate Capture is a new and growing photography, videography, and drone company in Phoenix, AZ. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Social Media Manager / Administrative Assistant. This ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our company’s presence and engage our audience across various platforms. This role requires an understanding of social media marketing and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience. In addition to social media duties, the role will include administrative tasks to support the team of photographers, videographers, sales representatives, video editors and drone pilots.
Responsibilities :
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to all customers via phone, email / text, or social media platforms
Provide administrative support to the entire team
Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks and projects for the entire team
Oversee all social media platforms : Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and YouTube
Identify gaps in social media coverage and propose effective solutions
Utilize social media management tools to schedule and post across all channels
Ensure all social media content aligns with our brand and business objective
Use corporate social media to engage with our audience, build our online presence, and increase brand awareness
Create and curate visually appealing content to promote company’s services across different platforms
Qualifications :
Strong customer service skills
A self-motivated, proactive mindset with a passion for creativity
Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks and platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Familiarity with social media trends, analytics, and tools
Experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal skills
Experience managing multiple social media platforms
