Job Title : Assistant Manager - Commercial Cleaning
Location : Novi, MI & Surrounding Areas (Farmington Hills, West Bloomfield, Wixom, Southfield)
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 6 PM - 12 AM
Pay : $17 / hour (bi-weekly via direct deposit)
Job Type : Part-time (Approx. 30 hours / week)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on cleaning, training, and inspections while helping to maintain high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning Coverage - Fill in for absent team members and cover open positions as needed at various locations.
- Training & Support - Assist the Account Manager in training new hires and provide ongoing support to existing staff.
- Quality Inspections - Perform routine building inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met and proactively address any client concerns.
