Job Title: Part-Time Cleaner
Position Purpose: Responsible for thoroughly cleaning a specific area within a commercial facility based off of Corporate Cleaning Group procedures.
Location: Westland (near Warren Rd and Wayne Rd
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Compensation: $14 an hour
Surgical Center - Sterile/OR Cleaning & General Cleaning
Paid Training
No weekends or holidays
Job Responsibilities:
- Sterile cleaning of operating and procedure rooms
- Vacuuming with Backpack Vacuums and uprights
- Dry and wet mopping
- Trash Removal ? capable of lifting up to 20 lbs
- Dusting
- Cleaning all areas of Restrooms
- Clean glass
- Wiping surfaces
- Understanding and accepting that inspections of your area will be conducted
- Correct any concerns or issues from an inspection ASAP.
- Restocking paper products and soap dispensers
- Turning off lights
- Locking and securing the facility at the end of the shift
Requirements:
- Willing to undergo Background check
- Must be 18 yrs or older
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs
- Team Oriented
- Have an excellent work ethic & eye for detail
- Must wear scrubs (will be provided)
- Complete operating room certification training (provided online and on the job)
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
- Must be comfortable working in a surgical center/operating rooms.
- Ability to follow cleaning instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual
