Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking a Facilities and Grounds Maintenance Technician in Boca Raton, FL.

The shift is Full Time

Pay is : $23-$26 per hour

Position Purpose : We're looking for a Facilities and Grounds Maintenance

Technician to be our very own hero of all things smooth-running, safe, and beautiful. From

making sure our campus grounds stay pristine to ensuring everything inside runs like clockwork,

you'll be at the heart of what keeps our school community thriving. Love fixing things and

working outdoors? Got a green thumb and a knack for problem-solving? Then we want YOU!

A Day in the Life :

Imagine walking our lush, well-manicured grounds in sunny Boca Raton, ensuring our landscape is picture-perfect and our facilities are operating flawlessly. Your day could involve :

Tackling general repairs like plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. One moment you're fixing a leaky faucet, and the next you're painting walls and patching up small repairs!
Making sure our classrooms are cool and comfortable with HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance.
Being the master of our outdoor paradise by caring for the lawn, mulching, trimming, fertilizing, and maintaining our irrigation system.
Coordinating with vendors to keep our pool sparkling, our golf carts zipping along, and our vehicles in top shape.
Keeping track of it all in systems like SchoolDude, logging maintenance, and scheduling preventive care.

And when it comes to school events? You're the MVP who makes sure everything's in tip-top shape, ready to impress!

Behind-the-Scenes Superpowers :

Keep meticulous records and logs for maintenance, vendor communications, and to-do lists.

Help manage the budget for maintenance and grounds, ensuring we stay efficient and well-stocked with supplies.

Support event prep and campus readiness-no two days are ever the same!

What You Bring :

Experience in facility maintenance and groundskeeping-no project is too big or too small for you.

Know your way around plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and HVAC? We want you!

A strong, independent problem solver who can also thrive in a team.

Proficiency with basic computer systems to keep things organized and moving.

Spanish or Portuguese language skills? Bonus, but not required.

Flexibility for occasional emergency calls or weekend events.

Requirements :

No custodial experience required

Excellent work ethic and customer service

Superior attendance and reliable transportation.

Ability to lift / move garbage bags and recycling boxes and push / roll recycling bins.

Ability to walk, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods of time.

Ability to follow written and / or oral instructions.
