What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager position at Corporate Cleaning Group?
Corporate Cleaning Group in Central Texas is looking for a proactive and outgoing individual interested in growing with our company as we expand in the region. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to control day-to-day operations.
Salary starts around $40,000/Year, but may be more depending on qualifications and skills of prospective individual.
Position Purpose: To manage the day-to-day operations. The sole purpose is to make the company more productive by implementing methods, processes; problem solving and insuring company programs are being followed. This position must have strong leadership in order to properly influence the staff to follow the company’s vision.
Major Job Functions:
- Hiring of personnel & pro-actively looking ahead for possible staffing needs
- Management of all quality control systems
- Job cards - inspection forms - detail processes
- Managing the training of all staff
- Regular scheduled meetings with all customers
- Communicating the concerns to the night manager(s) and staying on top of manager(s) to insure that it is done. Knowing you are coming back around.
- Managing / Strategizing flow of activity
- Assisting manager(s) to make sure they correctly handling it.
- HR Responsibilities - Insuring all procedures and policies are followed
- Responsible for budgets
- Submitting billing & payroll to main office
Other Job Duties:
- Submitting supply orders for the facilities
- Helping / Assisting with start-ups of new accounts
- Responsible for the strategizing of the best way to clean an account or area
- Responsible for developing or assisting with task lists for new accounts
- Work with supplier on specific needs of a facility
- Responsible for making sure day staff is being inspected
- Schedule special cleans
- Conduct regular scheduled meetings with your management staff
