Job Title: Team Lead Evening Cleaner

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking a Team Lead Cleaner in Gilbert, AZ and/or East Valley Area

Shift: Monday to Friday , times can range from 5:30pm (start) to 11:00pm (end), rotating Saturdays. Hours range from 2 to 5 hours per night, depending on the project

Pay is: $18-$19.50 dlls/hr Attractive Bonus Program Growth opportunities (Depends on size of project and experience)

Project types: Schools, Preschools and Daycares, Churches, Medical Facilities, Corporate offices, Car Dealers or Warehouses

Responsibilities include:

• The Team Lead Cleaner will serve as a point of contact for the night Manager or Supervisor

• Unlocking & Locking and securing the facility(s) at the beginning and end of each shift.

• Communicating supply needs to the manager.

• Ensure all team members are on task

• Assign tasks accordingly

• Report any issues with staff, quality, attendance or performance

• Support Laundry management

• Responsible for thoroughly cleaning a specific area within an assigned facility based off of Corporate Cleaning Group procedures.

  • Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping
  • Trash Removal
  • Dusting
  • Cleaning all areas of restrooms.
  • Cleaning glass
  • Wiping and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Restocking paper products and soap dispensers.
  
  

Requirements:

• -training on the job provided also
• Highly sense of responsibility
• Have reliable transportation
• Team oriented, also can complete tasks alone
• Have an excellent work ethic and an eye for detail
• Excellent attendance
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and move items around 10 pounds
