Cleaning Crew Member

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and safe for our clients and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
• Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift moderate weights as needed.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with others.

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
