We have an exciting opportunity for a high-energy, charismatic, and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing Sales Team in midtown Manhattan. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that requires a driven sales professional who thrives on building strong relationships and closing deals.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be a pivotal force in accelerating the growth and success of our company by leveraging your network to identify, cultivate, and secure new business. You’ll partner closely with our Client Care Representatives to drive sales and increase profits while meeting and exceeding sales activity and revenue goals.
What You’ll Do:
· Sell a range of workplace /breakroom solutions, including premium coffee, breakroom supplies, hydration solutions,
· Develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships to maximize revenue growth.
· Independently prospect and network to bring in new clients and build long-term partnerships.
· Provide customized solutions by analyzing customer needs and recommending tailored products and equipment.
Experience/Qualifications:
· 5 years of proven success in outside sales/business development.
· A charismatic, outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
· A self-starter who thrives in an independent, fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to work/travel between our Midtown Manhattan and Westbury, Long Island offices.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong time management skills.
· Passion for coffee and workplace solutions is a plus!
· General business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with the expectation of flexibility based on business and client needs
