We have an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Representative for our busy Sales Team in our mid-town Manhattan location. This position plays an important role in providing excellence in customer service. As a Business Development Representative, you will be a pivotal force in accelerating the growth and success of our company by sourcing your extensive network to identify, cultivate, and close sales opportunities. Your role will revolve around leveraging your existing relationships and building new ones within the industry to expand our client base. This position works closely with Client Care Representatives to cultivate their relationship to increase sales & profits while meeting/exceeding sales activity and revenue goals.
Responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to, selling a range of products and services (coffee, breakroom, hydration and office supplies) to clients to achieve sales targets, develop new business opportunities for Corporate Coffee Systems (CCS) and manage the relationship between clients and CCS, solicit prospects and recommends appropriate product and equipment solutions to fit the needs of the customer, and collect and analyze data from clients to provide a customer centric sales solution and opportunities. Salary starting at $50,000.00.

Ideal Experience/Qualifications:
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outbound sales
· Must be flexible to work/travel between our mid-town Manhattan location and our Westbury, NY office (Long Island).
· Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with demonstrated effective negotiation and closing techniques, and the ability to maintain and create strong customer relationships.
· Strong analysis and judgment skills, strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, and time management and organization abilities.
· Must be self-motivated and have a willingness to increase your knowledge and understanding of Corporate Coffee Systems products, their functionality and use.
· Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
