Corporate Coffee Systems, a leading coffee and refreshment supplier in the New York metropolitan area, is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Client Care Team!

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Client Care Representative at our Westbury, NY location, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service. Reporting to the Client Care Manager, your responsibilities will include:
· Answering incoming client calls and processing orders
· Coordinating service requests and resolving client issues
· Applying your knowledge of CCS products and services to enhance client experiences
· Using up-selling, cross-selling, and sales techniques to strengthen client relationships (with potential for additional commission-based compensation!)
What We’re Looking For
To shine in this role, you’ll need:
✔ At least 1 year of call center client service experience
✔ Familiarity with up-selling, cross-selling, and sales techniques—or a willingness to learn
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette
✔ The ability to troubleshoot and resolve low-priority issues independently
✔ A desire to continuously learn and grow within the company
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
✔ A high-energy, flexible, self-motivated attitude and the ability to thrive both independently and within a team
✔ Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
✔ Location: Westbury, NY
