We specialize in a full line of name brand refreshment products and business supplies that you can trust.
Here’s what you’ll be doing: Reporting to the Client Care Manager at our Westbury, NY location, the ideal Client Care Associate will bring their customer service skills, experience and knowledge to answer incoming client calls, take orders, arrange service calls and problem-solve client issues. Equipped with a knowledge of CCS products and services and applying your up-selling, cross-selling and sales techniques, you create positive customer experiences and relationships. We offer a great opportunity and potential for additional commission-based compensation

The Experience You’ll need:
· A minimum of 1 Year Call Center Customer Service experience (in a refreshment and/or office supply is a plus).
· Working knowledge of up-selling, cross-selling and sales methods is preferred, or the enthusiasm to learn these skills.
· Professional telephone etiquette and excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Ability to resolve low-priority issues without supervision.
· Eagerness to continually increase your knowledge and understanding of Corporate Coffee Systems products, their functionality and use.
· Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
· High-energy, flexible, self-starter, hands-on, and comfortable working individually and in a team environment.
· Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
